Cash or Check
If you prefer to pay by cash or check, payment in full is due at your pre-surgical visit. We accept certified checks.
Credit Cards
We accept all major credit cards, including:

Care Credit is a flexible monthly payment option, specifically designed for surgery procedures. Through the card, you are required no initial payment and terms can be up to 60 months for repayment. First payments generally are not due for 4-6 weeks and offer low monthly payments. There is no repayment penalty. The typical Care Credit user will see a low fixed rate ranging from 1.9-11.9% APR, but no interest payment plans are available.
Care Credit
CareCredit is the credit card exclusively for healthcare services. CareCredit offers low monthly payment plans for healthcare procedures not commonly covered by insurance
